The Gallary is the oldest and largest regional gallery in Australia. Macedon Area

Kyneton Botanical Gardens 17A Mollison Street, Kyneton

Dating back to 1858 the Kyneton Botanic Gardens has large, magnificent specimen trees with 17 listed by the National Trust of Australia. It is one of the access points to the Campaspe River walk.

Budburst Wine Festival – 18 to 20 November      macedonrangeswineandfoodfest.com.au/

Budburst is a once-a-year opportunity to come behind the vines and meet the family owned and small batch makers that shape mainland Australia’s coolest wine region. Across the weekend, more than 30 Macedon Ranges winemakers will open their wineries and cellar doors from 10am to 5pm for unlimited tastings along with curated food menus championing local produce, art shows, sculptor walks and live music.
